The Diet of Intermittent Fasting

I wanted to talk to you about the diet of intermittent fasting. There has been a recent study on this type of eating that has been turning a lot of heads with the amazing conclusions that it came to. People that went on this diet actually lose weight, which is great. There was also the amazing results of the body dealing with stress and health conditions that it concluded people would actually live longer eating this way. I think that is a very important characteristic that will excite a lot of people, so I thought it was important to talk about the diet of intermittent fasting.

The diet has a very simple structure that even the most apathetic person could follow. You have a 24 hour period where you can eat and you can eat anything you want. The next 24 hour period goes into a fast where you have to live off of water. That's as simple as it gets. There is no restrictions on the amount of food you can eat or what food you're allowed to eat. I think these two characteristics make it a very exciting method for a lot of people that don't want to give up the foods they love.

The diet of intermittent fasting is actually natural. If you look at a primitive human that was forced to hunt for food, you will see a lot of similarities. If an animal was caught than the human got to eat, but if nothing was caught than people had to go without and fast. I think that shows the human body was actually designed to eat this way.
