Just lie on your bedroom floor and try some crunches, V-ups or some left lifts as your daily abs exercises and if you make that a daily workout routine, you should see results in the months to come!

Finally, be sure to play more sports and games outdoors. Not only are they more enjoyable as you can hang out with your friends at the same time, these outdoor cardiovascular exercises are significantly more effective in fat burning and fat loss than using a standard exercise machine in a gym. Not only do you save money, you can also get a full body cardiovascular workout or aerobics workout with your friends in the summer! Your fitness routine will be more interesting, more enjoyable and more effective as well.
