Weight Loss Workouts for Your Waist
Here are some great weight loss workouts for your waist that will help to shrink, flatten, and tighten your belly to help you create that beautiful hourglass, feminine figure. I'm going to make these workouts as basic as possible. The reason is simple... you're more likely to do them if they're simple and convenient instead of hard and impractical.
Weight Loss Workouts for your Waist
1. Hula hoop and jumping jacks intervals
Ok, first, you'll need to get a weighted hula hoop. Why weighted? For practicality. If you have a light child's hula hoop, it'll fall to the ground before you can even twirl it twice around your waist. The weighted hula hoops rotate slower, thus they're easier to keep twirling.
Ok, once you got that, then I want you to hula hoop for a minute and then switch to doing jumping jacks for a minute.
Do 4 rotations of each. After each time that you finish doing the jumping jacks, rest 45 seconds. In total, this will take you less than 12 minutes. Do these as much as possible... daily if you can manage it.
2. Vacuum pose combined with abs squeezes
These are 2 SUPERIOR isometric tension exercises for your abs. The vacuum pose you suck in your belly as much as possible for a count of 3. The abs squeezes you tighten and flex down on your abs for a count of 3-5. Keep jumping back and forth between these 2 exercises for a total of 5 minutes non-stop.
I strongly suggest you do these daily since this is an incredible way to drop inches from your waist fast.
